2023 has been filled with ups, downs, and turbulence in the tech community and all over the world. The status quo was shaken up and it definitely felt like the Danger Zone at times.
But at Bigtincan, we still managed to go above and beyond (in typical Maverick fashion) in pursuit of our Mission: Customer Satisfaction.
So as we pull the landing gear down on 2023, we wanted to break down our year in numbers and recognize our high fliers.
Consider this our Mission Report.

Bigtincan was used in 100 countries
From Japan to California, through Glasgow and back to Australia, people all over the world used Bigtincan as part of their business operations in 2023.
As a global company one of our highest points of pride is our diverse and widespread customer base that enables us to work with and learn from different cultures and perspectives.
21.03 million logins to the platform
With 21.03 million logins to the Bigtincan platform, we made sure our customers were able to access their content wherever they were.
Since we serve 153 sub-industries, we have a lot of users who need to to stay connected to their team and resources while out in the field or even offline. In fact, with 9.8M logging in on desktop and 11.23M logging in from tablets and smartphones, we saw the majority of users signing in remotely — a nice nod to our mobile-first roots.
Fueling growth
Based on the volume of content our customers created and shared this year, it’s clear we all felt the need for speed to quickly swerve obstacles and get back to growth mode.
2.65 million assets created
Brainshark users added 1.9 million slides and over 21,000 hours of audio while 750K new assets were added to the Bigtincan Content platform.
266,000 assets shared
Customers definitely kept their comms open, too, sharing close to 300k assets in total with their contacts and customers!
Training our next Top Guns
32,000 courses created
Getting our teams up to speed was also a priority this year, adding 32,00 new training courses to Brainshark and Bigtincan combined.
Brainshark users added 27,700 courses as part of their onboarding and continuous learning curricula while Bigtincan users added 4,300 microlearning courses as part of their sales training programs.
As an example, our customer Lion ran a learning campaign that saw a 95% uptake in learning content usage, with users who took part in the campaign seeing a 24% growth in results on average!

This year, the Bigtincan team was committed to staying ahead of the pack and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers through swift but thoughtful additions and improvements to our suite of products.

Fast Company #8 in Enterprise category
Bigtincan was even recognized for its commitment to innovation by Fast Company, specifically for powering modern (and in some cases entirely new) buying and selling experiences — and this one has kept us flying high all year.
We were named on their prestigious annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and ranked #8 in the Enterprise category.
