PingOne SSO and PingEnterprise
Bigtincan appliance supports SAML 2.0 authentication and is able to act as a Service Provider, allowing customers to leverage the PingOne SSO and PingOne for Enterprise authentication systems.
When users attempt to log into their Bigtincan instance, they will be automatically redirected to PingOne SSO (the specified Identity Provider), and will return to where they left off after authentication.
