    With NetIQ eDirectory, users can log in to a single location to access to all of their applications, including Bigtincan.

    Bigtincan supports SAML 2.0 authentication and is able to act as a NetIQ Service Provider, allowing customers to leverage NetIQ Single Sign-on mechanism.

    When users attempt to log into their Bigtincan instance, they will be automatically redirected to NetIQ’s SSO and will return to where they left off after authentication.
