- Search Files – Search your Hub content by clicking on Search when the side panel opens. Add a keyword or phrase to search for content and search by file title, extracted text, and tags to show relevant files.
- See Recommended Files – When initially opening the search, you will see recommended files based on the email you are viewing based on the first few words of the subject line and the body of the email.
- View the file – View a preview of the file and what story the file is attached to in Bigtincan, and open the file in a new window by clicking on the file in the list.
