At the heart of the release are significant updates and additions to GenieAI™, the engine powering all AI across the Bigtincan platform, including enhancements to its Genie Assistant, SearchAI, AuthoringAI, and RolePlayAI capabilities, as well as a brand new MeetingsAI functionality. Together, the full GenieAI suite assists revenue teams with both sales and learning content sourcing and creation, sales readiness, and customer engagement, respectively.

Meetings and MeetingsAI, the newest additions to Bigtincan’s Engagement solution area, are a powerful toolset for sales teams that lets sellers host engaging customer meetings while providing sales managers with unparalleled visibility into team meetings. MeetingsAI integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Bigtincan’s own platform, giving managers a comprehensive view of team activities and detailed call insights regardless of meeting provider. Used in tandem, Meetings and MeetingsAI let users harness AI-generated summaries, conversation intelligence with tone-of-voice analysis, searchable call transcriptions, auto-logging to CRM, and content engagement analytics. Managers can track rep performance and ensure coaching is put into practice through a real-time dashboard of calls with at-a-glance engagement scores.

New admin settings for GenieAI allow for custom prompts around SearchAI and Genie Assistant queries and the configuration of Knowledge Scopes. Knowledge Scopes can include company content or a subset of it, Bigtincan Analytics, LLM general knowledge, or a web search of specified approved sites, allowing organizations tighter control over where Genie pulls information from for each user.

Genie Assistant, an intelligent assistant that helps revenue teams maximize productivity through real-time suggestions and automated actions, is now available as a sidebar or full screen experience in strategic places throughout Bigtincan. Genie is context-aware to where it’s opened so it only offers individual users suggestions relevant to their projects and role, whether it's creating a new Digital Sales Room for an Account Executive working with a new prospect, generating a course outline based on content in the system for a Revenue Enablement Director, or querying and analyzing team engagement data for a new sales manager.

RolePlayAI enables reps to engage in dynamic, real-time text and audio conversations with AI that simulates diverse buyer scenarios. Reps can now practice their skills with customized personas and scenarios, helping them gain confidence and refine their approach before stepping into real sales situations. With ever-changing dialogues, RolePlayAI ensures that no two practice sessions are the same, challenging reps to think on their feet.

AuthoringAI is set to revolutionize learning content creation, cutting development time by 3 to 5 times with hyper-realistic AI-generated speech, auto-captioning, and multi-language translation capabilities. Whether it’s for training courses or bespoke presentations, AuthoringAI helps global teams produce high-quality, accessible content at scale with fewer resources.

Bigtincan also introduces updates to its Readiness Content Player (also called Brainshark), offering a sleek new design that enhances the learner experience and provides consistency across the Bigtincan platform for users. The Modern Player, now available in both light and dark themes, gives brands a more modern and streamlined look for their teams and external partners alike, while maintaining its powerful readiness functionality.

Bigtincan’s XR content offerings have also been advanced, allowing businesses to create, edit, and share interactive 3D models with ease. With self-service Virtual Showrooms, businesses can now deploy highly configurable environments that drive buyer engagement and provide insights into customer behavior through monthly reports.
