BOSTON, August 29, 2024 – Bigtincan (ASX:BTH), the global leader in revenue enablement automation, today announced its Year in Review for FY24, highlighting significant milestones, financial performance, and strategic initiatives that have contributed to a year of innovation concluding with a $20.5m capital raising and Bigtincan positioned to lead the market in enablement AI.

In the 2024 fiscal year, Bigtincan achieved significant business progress including both financial gains and product advancements. The company generated $5.4 million in free cash flow during the second half of FY24, driven by transformation across the business including the introduction of GenieAI™ based products including AuthoringAI, SearchAI, CoachingAI, and RolePlayAI.
The company reported an EBITDA of $11 million, which is a 136% increase compared to the previous period, and maintained a gross margin of 88% showing the strong fundamentals of the business. During FY24, Bigtincan won the second-largest deal in company history with a contract with Align Technologies worth $5m, supporting thousands of sellers globally.
Contributing to these results was the acquisition of more than 100 new logo clients and expanded relationships with more than 300 existing enterprise customers. The Bigtincan Customer Success team onboarded more than 50,000 individual user seats and boasted a 97% 2024 Support CSAT score.
Bigtincan launched over 100 new products and product updates, including the GenieAI family of capabilities. The capabilities falling under the GenieAI umbrella, including Genie Assistant, SearchAI, AuthoringAI with translation, CoachingAI, and RolePlayAI — with more to come — span the entire Bigtincan platform and revolutionize how sales, marketing, and enablement professionals operate.
GenieAI draws upon the power of large language models, generative AI, as well as Bigtincan’s unique data and understanding of the connections between people in customer-facing scenarios to enhance marketing, customer success, and sales workflows through embedded, personalized support. As a whole, it either speeds up or completely takes over time-consuming and tedious tasks like answering seller questions and drafting sales emails with Genie Assistant, recommending and clarifying relevant content with SearchAI, staging lifelike role plays with RoleplayAI, subbing in for busy sales and enablement managers by providing advanced feedback on coaching challenges with CoachingAI, as well as translating, transcribing, generating, and captioning voice over for training videos with AuthoringAI.
GenieAI even comes with prepopulated, configurable prompts that help train workers in AI prompting while guiding them to the information and resources they need to be effective. Unlike other solutions, GenieAI securely incorporates customers' proprietary content, augmented with additional sources of their choosing, all while avoiding potential hallucinations and other current drawbacks of open-source AI.
During the year Bigtincan successfully acquired Modus Engagement, Inc, a recognized leader in revenue enablement technology for more than 10 years, building a suite of technologies that empower enterprise customers in the manufacturing, industrial, medical, and technology spaces. This acquisition enhances Bigtincan’s capabilities supporting professionals in these industries performing go-to-market functions such as sales and marketing.
The company has also leveraged strategic technology partnerships to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into the spaces where revenue teams are already working to ensure AI is not a cumbersome add-on for teams suffering from application overload. Instead, Bigtincan’s AI-powered end-to-end enablement platform helps teams unify and consolidate their tech stacks.
Bigtincan was a launch partner with Microsoft of the "Works With Copilot" program in collaboration with Microsoft 365 Copilot. This integration brings game-changing AI-powered collaboration features directly to Copilot and Teams, streamlining workflows and enhancing the sales engagement experience. By connecting Microsoft Copilot with Bigtincan, their joint customers can benefit from the substantial productivity gains of SearchAI.
